I feel very old today....

The girls were finally well enough to go back to school....however Lena went to the ortho to get her braces on. It doesn't seem all that long ago that I had braces. I was only about 4 years older than she is but that would still make it about 16 years ago!!!! WOW! I think that when something happends to you and it is so long ago that it is more than your childrens lifetime....you have hit old head on!

I'm glad that they girls are better and everything was taken care of.....but now I have to play catch up w/ school. I have missed only one test that I'm hoping to make up on Monday but I have missed a lot of classroom hours. As a kid I didn't care much about it, but now that I'm paying for it....it's a different story! The classroom hours seem to help me....the teacher can say somthing just to the side but it will help me remember things that are important. So far I think that I'm holding on to a B average but I think that I can do better!

Well I'm going to go and get some more of my day done. Hopefully I won't experience anything else today that makes me feel old. (The kid in braces and the gray hair are bad enough!) By the way....Happy Birthday Mom!!!!
